After releasing "Growing Seeds Of Decay" through Mutilated Records in 2006, later to be re-released through Sevared Records, and then releasing "Erase The Insignificant" through Permeated Records in 2009, Italian brutal death metal band SEPTYCAL GORGE have stepped it up to a new level with a multi-album contract with US death metal label Brutal Bands. Look for SEPTYCAL GORGE to tentatively enter the studio to record their third full length album summer 2011.
Septycal Gorge guitarist and founding member Diego Riccobene comments: "We are proud and excited to ink this deal with Brutal Bands, as this label has always released high quality extreme death metal, and most of its bands are among our favourites. Now that our lineup is fully established, we feel like we deserve to make this consistent step up for our music. Being part of such a roster is a strong motivation for us to write our sickest and most accurate material to date."
Scott of Brutal Bands adds: "After being on tour with these guys last summer and seeing them crush stages and own every show night after night, it was inevitable that this band needed to be part of our roster. Their music and live show is utterly devastating. I’m really anxious to hear what this band comes up with on their next album, and I’m very pleased to sign another band of their caliber to our label."
